Terms of Service
Service
Yepbiz provides access to investment package onboarding and crypto payment processing. Crypto is used only as a payment rail unless otherwise stated in legally approved product terms.
Eligibility
Users must be located in an approved jurisdiction and meet all onboarding, identity, and eligibility requirements before funds can be accepted.
Payment
Users may be asked to send supported stablecoins to a treasury wallet. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Payment status is based on backend verification of on-chain transaction data.
Risk
Investment products involve risk. Draft marketing or UI copy must not be interpreted as a guaranteed return unless reviewed and approved under the applicable regulatory framework.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion in the app. Some records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, audit, or financial compliance obligations.
